Reader Reviews

I read Fresh Out of Hell and Christine Lawson’s “Understanding the Borderline Mother” in great bites on the same day, and I’m not being dramatic, it was a day that changed my life. For the first time I had, and really felt, validation. It felt like a weight falling off, I could finally breathe.

…I was always aware that I didn’t have the best upbringing, but I was never able to connect that to the problems that have plagued me my entire adult life.  Your book was a Godsend to me and I thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for having the courage to write it.  I now understand what I need to do to find balance and direction in my life, finally.  Thanks so much for the life raft. Blessings to you, –J G.
