A Tribute to
My Friend Frank, I met Frank Strother in the mid 70s in Vancouver B.C. Canada. At the time I was working in the music business as a singer, in a group called Kiba. One night someone asked me if I wanted to go to an after-hours spot (Sister Libra’s) I think it was called, they just happened to mention that the singer in the group was remarkable. “Yeah, Yeah, Right, he can’t be all that good if I haven’t heard of him”. Well, I have to say I was blown away when I first heard the voice of Frank and became a fan. Later in that year I was asked to put together a vocal group, So, another friend Aaron Smith and myself put together “Moments Notice” and asked Frank to join the group, Frank and I soon became fast friends, and worked many gigs together in and around Vancouver. I wanted to share a little of Frank Strother with you, Enjoy
